Summary of Position:
As our institutional business grows, we look to hire a dual role of project associate and writer. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and administrative skills combined with exceptional writing and editing skills. Our top candidate will be assertive and a creative problem solver with the ability to make order out of chaos. They will be able to build and maintain interdepartmental relationships and possess a self-driven spirit to always be improving deliverables.
Major Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the RFP Process for TPR and Tutor.com Institutional business.
- Work closely with current RFP writers to coordinate workflow of RFP responses
- Take ownership of form completion, portal registrations and version control of RFPs.
- When needed because of overflow demand, draft and edit proposals ensuring that we are preparing a custom and strategic response that meets the needs of the specific institution. Ensure proposal responses are well-written, accurate, and compliant with all RFP requirements
- Work with departments such as Legal, HR, Finance to gather proposal information.
- Manage production and delivery of RFPS which need to be delivered in hard copy.
- Assist and eventually take ownership of the implementation of content library and RFP software
- Assist in updating and organizing RFP-related data.
- Serve as liaison between departments, gaining and documenting the information needed to complete queries.
- Additional duties as assigned and created.
Education, Background, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree however happy to hire someone ambitious, driven, and looking for a first corporate role.
- Must be a meticulous writer as well as able to effectively engage with various stakeholders throughout an organization
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive change to achieve results
- High Proficiency at using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 based on a 40 hour work week
